Get ready to discover the true flavor of Terceira with an authentic island-style barbecue! This experience begins with a visit to the local market, where you'll help select the ingredients for our meal—giving you the chance to choose your favorite meats, fish, vegetables, and drinks. It’s a hands-on start that connects you directly to the island’s fresh, local produce.

Once we’ve gathered everything we need, we’ll head to one of the island’s scenic outdoor barbecue spots, carefully chosen based on the weather and local activity (as weekends and holidays tend to be lively!). There, your guide will take charge of the grill, preparing a delicious meal while you relax and enjoy the surroundings.

All equipment, food, and beverages are included—within reason and as approved by your guide, who’s also your personal chef for the day. Round-trip transportation from your hotel is also provided, so you can simply sit back and savor a laid-back day filled with local flavor and good company.
